1. Be in Calorie Deficit. 2. Increase Protein intake (2g/Kg). 3. Do full body Workouts. 4. Progressive Overload. (Obvious) Do atleast 5-10 min cardio per day.

Bl Ack stretch your hip flexors and strengthen your glutes and abdominal muscles. The glutes are one of those muscles which usually are overlooked and also sitting throughout the day tightens your hip flexors (particularly the iliopsoas)

Bhai very very thanks to you coz i was 93.5kg on 1st april when i started gym at starting 1st and 2nd week i saw rapidly weight loss then my weight is still on 88.5kg to 89kg approx , this topic weight loss and muscle building at same time is my very main concern thanks for such a great video love you ❤️

Sir I have a question ??? Iam a boxer and 1 am 73 kg I have to be 66 kg. Iam on diet can I do bicep ,triceps,chest workout. Do it will be a problem in cutting weight..My coach says that bodybuilding makes your muscles tight so tight muscles can be problem while cutting weight.. Coach says that first you should work on fats than when you are 66 than you can do gym workout... Plz reply your big fan....
