I love how you put a lot of attention and effort when preparing shrimps for recipes and show how to prepare the sauces too, most people will just buy a sauce and simply peel the shrimps for like pan fry and dip them in flour + water. Makes a lot more sense now why this kind of recipe looks simple but tastes a lot better at restaurants. Hope to get to this cooking level someday! Thanks for sharing 😊

I need to make tempuras at last 30 minutes to one hour before guests arrive, so they won’t see me deep fried everything and surround by oil and smoke! How can I keep those tempuras still crispy after 30 minutes or longer? Keep them in low heat in oven after frying?
