There is a moment in one of Lisa Eldridge's videos that's stayed with me, she was working on a model's base and pointed out that although she had blemishes throughout her skin, she still had GOOD pretty skin. Hannah, YES! Your makeup line would rock! I feel most myself in grungy colours with piecey lashes but its no easy feat to keep a small curated collection when these are features of makeup that are really hard to find, like needles in a hay stack. As someone who is exhausted by the hunt, it would be lovely to find them all in one trusted line.

I started using my skincare some time ago, and i mean *really* using it as in being consistent, taking the time to pat/massage things in as suited, layer correctly to seal in my actives, apply thicker moisturisers at night, put on lip masks/thick, waxy balms at night and whenever I could really, and even just looking and feeling my skin changed the way i see it and the relationship I had with it. This does go a long way!

Omg, this video coincides perfectly with my first order from salt ny! I’ve been interested since her original release but the sneaky balm pushed me over the edge, a few days ago I ordered the balm and several cream tints and the white adjusters. You may want to try foundation by Jung Saem Mool. 'Skin like' is her game! She has beautiful luminous foundations that may totally go with your skin type. As a light olive skinned lady myself, I've found Korean foundations to cater more to lighter olive skin tones, than European or US brands.

I finally went to ulta to test the famous space cowboy and I was disappointed by how orange the base is on me, especially considering how well it works on Hannah and she's a very close match to me. HOWEVER I swatched cosmic and it has no base but the same sparkle!! I didn't quite get it as I swatched both next to morphe 2 jelly shimmer (which in store seemed to sparkle as bright) and supershock koosh (a VERY slight beigier dupe for flexitarian, not "sparkle" but a WOW "flash" shimmer) UD didn't stand out as much as I thought plus the sparkles had dusted off within 5 minutes compared to many other swatches that stood strong all over my hand. For now, I bought koosh to test out, possibly with DM milkway in the lid center.

Off topic, but anyway: Have you tried the NYX "Bare with me" Tinted Skin Veil in BWMSV02 "Vanilla Nude"? I just realized that the reason that it doesn't suit me is that it's an olive tone. (I put a swatch of it on paper, next to other foundations, and that's when it was really obvious). It's a nice lightweight consistency, and, not to mention, pretty affordable.
