Hello Joanna! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS AND TIPS!!! I taught I would need a whole month to get rid of seddlebags, but I burned almost ALL of it in JUST A FEW DAYS with these exercises!!! Love your videos. Well done &no annoying music. I started working out after my 50th birthday(4 months ago) . Starting to firm up. Everywhere!! No more 'muffin top'. Yeah! I do most of your moves, but added toetouches, Hundreds a day to burn fat. 'Saddlebags' are toning up. 23 lbs gone so far. THANKYOU!!

I found these 4 exercises easy to do. Keeping the body moving without doing 100reps for each exercise. I tend to run away if my workout hurts. I can do any one of these or all 4 depending on my surroundings; burning calories and targeting my problem area.

If you work out with weights, only then will your thighs become big and bulky. If you work out with your own mass then you will definitely lose weight.

J Jones these exercises do help lose weight,but my problem is that I have a very good genetic,I tend to grow muscle very fast,so with losing weight I gain muscle too...but if you're not loke me, try these workouts,they are pretty useful

lea 2837 Hey, well TBH I haven't done it but yes I have been lifting weight since January and am having great result. My overall body fat has decreased. Also yes I incorporated these exercises in my routine but haven't done them religiously for straight two months instead I did them here and there.
