WHATS BLESSINGS OF RECOGNIZING LIGHT OF WORLDS FACE? Kaduri recognized Messiah was walking world 2003! How do I know that? Because I am the one who wrote to his email and told him who the Messiah was and sent him the evidence which he no doubt saw and became conscious of and he wrote me and told me he believed who I knew was Messiah! I told my Mom Rabbi Kuduri had sent me mail saying he believed me and my Mom remembers to this day me telling her that! You could take right actions like Kaduri did today; right now by answering this comment and establishing communications where I can show you what Kaduri saw that lead him to recognizing the one and only Messiah! Do you know a human here who seeks to recognize Messiahs face??? Point them to this comment please!

I love the hand signs. Please change your Kundalini. Meditation is great for you but change from the serpent. Do not take on his yoke. Move the energy from the top all the way down and push the serpent down and out my friend. Try it and see if there is even more clarity... Glad to see you're not making the triple 6 or the eye of horus or the horns or the dick of Baal who is a douchebag. It broke my heart to learn about the celebraties. You are you're own person but I recommend you reach out to Kappy you know what I mean. I know you recognize REVELATIONS and are trying to spread love and you know Jesus has saved your soul already. Just try not to give power to a "bearer of false light" 🐍. Please please please Look up Baphomet images. Look at his stomach or his "rod" then look up the "medical serpent rod" click* Thank you Love.

Never done anything like this in my life, never even given it a seconds thought. So, whilst son is at school, wife is at work and dog asleep on the couch, I thought 'go on, give it a go'. Had to do the first part with one eye open as I didn't know the words at the start, but did it anyway. My experience, for what it's worth, and I'm certain I'll have to do this everyday and read more about it to fully experience the full benefits etc, I did feel more... (can't find the right words)... I guess 'you know when you see a really old couple holding hands and you get that little calm warmth of happiness'? - well, I felt like that, happy and calm. Also, my back hurts, I'm unfit so I'll also need to work on that haha. I'll try to do this everyday from now on. Thank you Russell.

I really liked this one - i 'm so glad you did one of these today . . . i have been doing all sorts of meditations , breath works, QiGong to go with the physiotherapy that i have been doing this year for injuries i sustained in an accident. I started with your meditations in jan 2020 in our first lockdown - and this year is even harder (more challenging , more pain, etc) However, - and i am being totally honest - I have been meditating since i was 12 (i'm 60 now) I like these meditations - the Kundalini ones the best - i also really like the way that you guide or present each one. Everywhere there is so much drama - so it's nice to have a little laugh about what you say about your head scarf ; or when you are peaceful and real - a refreshing honest voice. This one helped me to feel very calm. What i like about these is it calms the mind and the body as well - I also have not had to take asthma medication since January - so - thankyou !!

p.s - - - russell !!! - have you watched this- i had my eyes closed- but watched again and around 5-6 minutes so much light around you - it was like you were in a mist . . . wow check at 8 minutes you can actually see the 'orbs' -i've not seen anything like that since i photo graphed musicians doing drumming and chanting improvisation

Thank you for another great video. I would love to hear you talk about your journey finding kundalini yoga and what the process was like going from first experiences to really becoming familiar with the practice as a more daily journey. I haven’t had a ton of experience doing these yet so I often times find myself more focused on getting it right. My brain stills remains somewhat alert throughout the exercise, and I haven’t reached the familiarity where I really can lose myself to the benefit of the new consciousness that we’re experiencing. I know that will probably come in time, but I would love to hear if there was a certain time after you started where it really clicked for you? Thanks again for these incredible videos.

It took a bit for me to get into a rhythm with the breath. More meditations like this would be nice. Bedtime meditations would be nice. Can you can do longer guided meditations? Can you do meditations for each main chakra? It would also be interesting to learn about some of the other chakras. If there are meditations for certain organs that would be nice to try. I guess i could research all this myself but hearing the accent is also a bit peaceful.

Its very pressures, pains, and risks can wake us up -- release us from the bonds of ego and guide us home to our vast, true nature. For some of us, our love of the world is so passionate that we cannot ask it to wait until we are enlightened.” ― Joanna Macy, World as Lover, World as Self

I fell asleep during this 5 min awakening boost is that bad. You're building an ark me too. An the Wallace an grommet spacecraft although the video is a bit blurry when you pause it for details but I'm getting there. We should start a tradeing community for folks who can see through this mess an want no part in it. Russell the templates of twelve could you would you if you can find the simplest most clarity defineing points to deraill this then print an publish far an wide, if many of us do this it'll become something far greater than the start or sum of it's parts.there'll be many variations but eventually the best twelve will emerge, sometimes arguments that don't require science are best. What are your twelve to convey what's going on?! Many of the folks I wanted to see you interview you have, Vandana! Your on C.H.D website good work that man fab actually simplicate and add lightness, you gotta be really smart to do that to this mire, it's doable I'm trying, I'm trying to save this world but I'm autistic look after my mum main career since her stroke do all property maintenance myself do everything actually running a business got an unruly dog, place is dilapidated, trying to make an environment to do restoration work it's all go. The Template of Twelve undeniable facts of clarity get the smartest brains you know including yourself of course, I'll send you mine or some of em as a guide, everyone has a printer well almost, can't censor that each person copies times twelve to awaken the majority to what is afoot here. Cheers for what you do.!!!

I am really new at meditation and can someone explain me what this 'ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMI' thing is supposed to do? Sorry for asking but for me it's just kinda bizzare
@WyldeRatttz3 жыл бұрын
That's a Hindu religious chant, a "mantra". Mantra meditation is a traditional form of meditation, where the mantra is used to help focus the mind away from our own thoughts and onto a higher reality. It helps quiet the mind if you continue to repeat the mantra. For people who are more fidgety or active-minded, it can really help to use a mantra throughout meditation, or to do a moving meditation like yoga or qi-gong. Hope that helps!
