Can you please suggest any stretch exercises for mowhawk/sideways skating? I'm 33 years old and my legs aren't really flexible and don't really open up enough to sideways skate but I really want to do it. Thanks :)

Hi again :) I included this in my reply to your other comment but I'm also putting it here again in case anyone else on this page wants to know the answer to your question! For side stance skating, a deeper bend in your knees can really help. Often with “turnout” limitations it’s a combination of flexibility and strength in your external rotator muscles.
