I was only able to do the first 10 minutes, but over the next couple of days I will continue and try to work my way up to the last minute :)

I have a really bad posture going with a strong round back... I can't stretch my spine at all and it is VERY hard to open my chest for example in a sitting position with streched legs :( In that case: Is this workout effective for me if I keep going every day or should I try another one first? Can you reccomend any of your other workouts?
