I like this one better than the stories for getting to sleep. I just listen to the stories and don’t sleep. More like this please so I can sleep. And this was just about the right length. Thank you.

Thank you for producing this work, Thomas; I've tried so many other channels for sleep with varied results - this meditation felt perfect for me. My harried mind gradually relaxed as I listened. I really appreciate how well thought out this obviously is; the background music was very soothing in itself, and the pace of your voice was sort of hypnotic - I was out well before the end! Oh - excellent suggestion to get out of bed for a bit if you're not falling asleep, it was super helpful to hear why that can be useful, makes sense to me. Gratefully, David

Spent the first several minutes talking about why people might wake up, and habits they can build around sleeping. Then once it finally got relaxing, asked me to pause it and come back to press play, then said, perhaps you're still feeling awake. What the heck!! I'm more awake then I was when this started
