But since you seem to be in the mood to be pedantic, the real problem with Trevor's joke is that the "Objects in mirror..." message only appears on the passenger side mirror, not the driver's side. The passenger side mirror has curvature in order to give you a wider field of view, whereas the driver's side mirror is flat AFAIK, therefore it doesn't (de)magnify things.

If it’s not enough that the police in Minneapolis are being disbanded and defunded why are we so happy about this tiny victory in a huge war. If we keep celebrating tiny adjustments that the government has made we’ll fool ourselves into thinking that a minor accomplishment is enough. We will begin to think they are trying their hardest for granting people of color rights that all humans should have. We need to do better as a community, we need to push harder for the laws to change, for equality, and we need to stop being satisfied with the bits of progress we are making.

Daniel Laing actually look it up. Look up every single case of an unarmed man being shot to death for NO REASON, and come back and tell that to me with a straight face. He's just bringing light to a touchy subject, that caused grief around the world to those that watched. I neither laugh at that precious child shot or his families grief. Trevor is just putting this on front page where it needs to be, and in the aftermath now, perhaps some of us can laugh, not at the crime, but at the ridiculness of the excuse law officers give to why they did it. I can guarantee the family of this young child appreciates this clip.
