I am in awh of this man and what he did in such a short time. Elvis was so humble he said he never expected to be anybody of importance and see what he did? The comments from those stars are awesome and tell the story of a King! Such a humble man that rose to such greatest. No man or woman will ever touch his greatness. No one could ever be so great yet so humble. So beautiful yet be embarrassed if complemented. What a package he came in. God was so generous to him. That's was great. The most memorable observations I think are Dylan saying that listening to Elvis for the first time was like busting out of Jail. KD Lang saying there was love in his eyes and Sinatra saying he was a singer but Elvis became the embodiment of American culture as well as a singer.

I have been binge watching your Elvis tribute since the moment i stumbled over it earlier tonight, and it has been such a treat so far. My mother raised me on Elvis and I love him to this day. The man has the voice of an angel. So now i stumble upon part 10... and what can i say? I am awe struck reading quote after quote after quote by some of the biggest musicians and singers on the 20th Century. There are no words i can say to express the emotions i have felt. It literally brought me to tears a few times. I still think music would have changed even without Elvis, we still may have had Beatles, Stones, people get tired of same music formula anyway I'm but I'm not knocking Elvis's impact, incredible, he happened to to be first to revolutionize it. It is only right he be recognized for that. His music style changed over the years, some of his contempories criticised him for that, but again Elvis moved to the beat of his own drum, and again it worked for him. His voice got more powerful, looks more chiseled, sexy, and sensual most rock stars don't sizzle like that in their own comebacks, except maybe Mick Jagger. Elvis sizzled again in 68, 1970 Vegas and ongoing Vegas concerts 800 in total through the years, back then rock world would berate you for playing Vegas, now they play there all the time. 1973, Hawaii concert, 1.5billion watched live via satellite. Every concert, until Elvis died were all sell-outs. I wish they would tally up amount of people who saw him in his lifetime, and money he made during his lifetime. And after death. Most a Guiness book of records. A total of about 600,000 a year visit Graceland, tally that up after 43 years. He was a musical phenomenon, never stopped after 56, tooled different detours, but never stopped, Elvis, matter what had the courage to do his best and always entertain, yes even in 77 CBS televised concert though I'll, he gave that rousing roar, operatic tone, and gentle spirit on his voice, the fans just loved him even more for that. N o matter what many music critics said, like in early 50,s just too dumb not to see his brilliance. That's what makes a true legend,not to mention his humility, kindness, generosity, sense of humor and spiritual ity. Often being a nice guy in entertaiment business does not mix well. But again it worked for Elvis. There were many who were not Elvis fans, and that's ok, to each his own, but you would be crucified if you send Elvis had no talent. Elvis was so good, you could not be jealous of him, though some were, a major talent like that his peers could not ignore, just excepted with awe and admiration. And this was his whole lifetime career, when he did those movies, at Paramount and MGM, all the old movies stars in the lunch cafeteria, like Clarke gable, van Johnson, John Wayne would look up in awe when he entered a room, doesn't matter about bad scripts Elvis worked with, a lot of veteran actors/actresses came across many a bad scripts in their careers, and like Elvis, had no say in script control. Critics would berate Elvis for bad scripts ,that was not his fault, he also had a contract, like a lot of actors do, so a lot of these actor's could relate to his situation, but they still had admiration, respect, and awe for Elvis, he was likeable and we'll mannered as well, not at all arrogant, rare ii m the acting world. So there is your phenomenon.

Un giorno per caso lo vedi lo senti cantare e rimani estasiata non sai cosa ti sta succedendo il cuore batte più forte hai le farfalle nello stomaco la testa ti gira e ti manca il respiro per l'emozione e in quel preciso istante capisci che non potrai più fare a meno di lui che sei legata a lui per tutta la vita che lui ti sarà vicino nei momenti belli ma soprattutto nei momenti difficili e questa è una sensazione che non provo solo io ma ho avuto testimonianze di tanti come me. Perché ELVIS non è un cantante un artista come gli altri lui è così speciale unico che faccio fatica a trovare le parole giuste per descriverlo io penso che ELVIS è stato unico e irripetibile lui aveva qualcosa di innato una luce dentro che lo illuminava come dico sempre lui è stato nel mondo della musica quello che il Bing bang e stato nella creazione dell'universo. Quando saliva sul palco il suo fascino la sua sensualità era così potente che anche se fosse rimasto immobile senza fare niente il pubblico sarebbe rimasto incantato guardarlo. Ma poi lui incominciava a muoversi a cantare e allora era come se una forte carica emotiva una connessione surreale si stabiliva tra lui e il pubblico che andava letteralmente in estasi. Se esistono gli angeli del paradiso penso sinceramente che sono invidiosi della sublime voce di ELVIS quando canta. ELVIS aveva tutto voce, bellezza, fascino, intelligenza, spiritualità, generosità e charisma e come ha detto qualcuno non ricordo chi era l 'uomo che ogni donna avrebbe voluto avere e ogni uomo avrebbe voluto essere. ELVIS era tutto e il contrario di tutto anche in questo consisteva il suo fascino non c'è mai stato mai ci sarà un altro come lui perché solo ELVIS può essere uguale a ELVIS I LOVE YOU MY KING FOREVER
