Hello, let's assume that I have purchased a Giant Service Tool! Do I need to have any access data to use the dongle?

The Giant Service Tool requires a dongle, which is available to Authorized Giant dealers. Aside from that, I'm not entirely sure myself since our company computer is logged in

This is the Giant Dealer platform, and is only available to businesses that sell Giant products.
