Looks amazing mate! I’d probably still choose the crab roe xiaolongbao, for the textures and ease of eating haha… but you’re right, definitely of interest! I was gonna say about using a straw and I liked the chef’s explanation about why it’s not entirely correct - nice little nugget of info and history there - he seemed a super nice guy
