I own the OR2 Date, Gold Sand Lume version. After 6 weeks of wear it's keeping around -4 seconds a day which is pretty stellar. The glidelock and super anti-reflective coating is worth the price alone.

Great, honest video. I too don't care about the origins of the company. Many companies source parts from outside companies any way. I have the date version and love mine. For me, this is in the regular rotation with my 14060.

I have the OR1 and love it. This looks great, but I wouldn't buy one until they fix the paint issue on the bezel insert...

Any takes on the Longines HydroConquest 39-40mm? I read that some have movement issues since they modified the ETA movement, which is based on. Looking at one, an Oris Aquis Date and a Tudor BB 58, want the Tudor for the looks and quality, but the servicing it's killing me, since I don't know which are the years of servicing.

Something tells me that all of these Ocean Rovers aren't really regulated to the specs that come on the paperwork provided. "Minus 8 seconds, per day in this position, I'm sure it's better than that...." Really, are you? Because you just touted the 0.0ms beat error. So for beat error, the machine is good and your watch is fine tuned, but for the 8 seconds per day you just hand wave it away and declare the machine is wrong?

Mark Nope bro I asked for a refund they could not give me a watch I waited since April for one and I have an invicta and steiny and they are great no worries . So I suspected something was not right and I pulled out. So I said I am good I am going with a Tudor pelogos. I am glad I asked for a refund.

Ginault should be very good considering these guy's used to make some of the best Rolex clones plenty of info on different forums,great that they started to make their own brand.

Made in china. Sadly these are just like car amps rated for 3000 watts and you get 150 watts.

I have an original Ocean Rover. The improvements are nice but they were hardly needed, imo. It's the best, regardless of the company's history. The only area Rolex is better at is taking a whole lot more of your money!

Haters will say whatever to spread the hate but as a true fan of the classic 5 digit reference's balance, ratio, and proportion, Ginault is a godsend for us. They are the only company in the world able to take on this classic and yet retired 5 digit reference case and bezel assembly and run with it, the OR2 took this concept further, totally beefed it up to another level. In essence a 5 digit's balance, but modern 6 digit's solidness and quality.
