I made these last year and they were super moist and delicious! I am obsessed with your recipes. 🥰🥰 I also tried your apple crumble cupcakes, and topped them with your cream cheese frosting from your red velvet cupcakes recipe. Can I use all spice instead of mixed spice?

All spice can be quite powerful so I wouldn't recommend substituting it, but you can definitely add a little bit of it. Maybe 1/2 or 1/4 tsp.
