Finally, I've found a recipe for old fashioned gingerbread, every search turned up mostly gingerbread biscuits (cookies), gingerbread house and even a gingerbread cake. I was looking for something for the sides of the gingerbread house pieces to sit against. Thank you.

What is molases,,and how much time to bake

It is the first extract of sugarcane. thick, dark brown juice obtained from raw sugar during the refining process.
