Damn I’m glad Loni flipped the convo and showed empathy toward that woman. I mean she has children to take care of. Maybe she’s the only one actually caring for the children, and her husband is simply the financial provider. That’s a pretty common situation. It can be really isolating and scary. Plus, you don’t know what that man might’ve done to make her feel so turned off by him. We don’t know the details.

If attractiveness is everything in a marriage none would last till old age. Plenty of them do nonetheless. There are times when ppl's looks wane and fade for good. I doubt many men find their partners sexy when they are heavily pregnant and waddling around like Donald Duck. Yet they don't necessarily walk out as a result.

I know of a woman who grew up in a third world country, who married with someone from a more developed country and move to her husband country to start a family. As predicted, she was a housewife for many years, and even when she was young back in her hometown she grew up poor with not much education because her family could not afford it. As the marriage turn sour and she has kids to worry about, it aint that easy to get a divorce in a country where english is not really your mother tongue and you have zero knowledge on finances or how to work, and especially the thought for the kids like how she gonna get a roof over her head and her kids. So I guess not everything is black and white.

Hold up hold up... let’s be REAL here... this happens in mannnnnny marriages whether we want to believe it or not... the woman didn’t specify why she fell out of love... some women are in marriages where their partner isn’t their emotionally , mentally or physically but is there financially and sometimes out of fear of not being able to take care of themselves or their kids( if they have or are about to have any ) ... it takes a lot of courage and strength for women to leave..so let’s not jump to conclusions and automatically think well they’re staying just to take advantage and that’s just not the case for every situation...

it really wasn’t judgmental. to announce on a radio station that you want nothing to do with your husband but you’re staying with him for money instead of developing a solution is absurd. imagine if he were to hear this, which he probably did considering how much attention it got. staying is not a long term solution and we shouldn’t encourage that. we should encourage women to secure their life as an individual so you don’t have to depend on someone else and to ask for help getting there if you need to.

How does taking a picture of yourself “ take away “ from ones value of science...if a woman who happens to be in the field of handling things like experiments and stuff like that to take a selfie let her... don’t try to diminish or devalue her intelligence & tenacity as a hard working woman in a field that’s already male dominated... just because she took a selfie... it’s not that serious to overanalyze

I don't understand how the ladies could have so much to say about the situation with the woman who is unhappy in her marriage, without having some more context. Women all over the world stay in unhappy and sometimes unsafe marriages. Limitting the issue to a surface level analysis of how he could be having sex with someone else, calling the woman lazy as well as making an array of assumptions is disappointing. I know this is an old clip but the ladies need to be briefed properly and make informed commentary on these controversial issues. This could not have been more one sided if they tried. Just because you're loud doesn't mean you're right.

Love how Loni changed the conversation from judgemental on the topic of marriage to empathy. Love the ladies of the real but Adrienne and Temera laid it on thick... it was heart breaking. It can happen. You can enter a marriage and then loose the attraction. She isn’t the only woman to stay for financial reasons... a lot of women give up their careers to be with their husbands or to take care of their children so they depend on their husband to be the breadwinner. So what. I just say she should get a divorce because she deserves to be happy. Men leave their wives all the time when they get to fat oh well. It would be doing the man a favor as well because HE deserves to be with a woman that will love him unconditionally I hope he’s the one to file for divorce.

Wow, the disconnect of 'the real' hosts from real world thanks to their high income has really had an effect on their world views. In an all female hosted show, you would expect there to be more awareness on gender pay gap, glass ceiling, chauvinistic discrimination of women in the workplace and how much more vulnerable women are because of their role as the mother and nurturer of children in the family. I have no words for how ignorant and stupid this show has become. Only smart one's seems to be Loni and Jeannie, I am not sure the other hosts have even graduated university. Let that sink in, you may be listening to people give you advice on all sorts of life matters who may not even be able to or have the ambition to graduate a higher education...

“Make an scape plan” 😖 what a terrible advise. Unless you are been abused. But, lady you can fall in love with your husband all over again if you try hard enough. Love is a choice. To leave a husband just because you don’t like him any more is very selfish and immature. Work on your marriage and grow old with your partner.

I understand that in this case that woman should just get out of the relationship. However (ladies) I have met and helped many people in my field that when they started their families that the woman would stay home and raise their children and that in itself is a fulltime job! That could come off offensive to stay at home moms. Honestly it seems like you're addressing something close to you because most people wouldn't tell staty at home moms to get out and hustle...ijs I know someone must have pissed you off because you are usually very careful about how you address things.

This is just another way of telling women to know their place. We can ignore powerful women if they're ugly. Can't handle women who have it all.

That little boy will be just fine with out having anyone buying clothes there is so much he can learn from this experience. Plus just on a personal note most little boy clothes aren't that great anyway he's better off with his sister's generous donation.

I'm sorry, no offense but how can you have the money for Disney Land but not for clothes? When I grew up we couldn't even think about Disney Land because we knew to was impossible for us. So, i just can't relate to that ...

Eh, I don't agree with some of these points. It's not "if you have time for the bathroom you have time for a selfie" first, one is a want another is a need. Secondly, most "regular people" jobs don't allow you to take selfies. For good reason too, people should be doing their jobs. There's a time and a place for everything and work is not the place for selfies. That doesn't mean people won't take them, it's just not professional. Now if you work in a non professional environment or the entertainment industry, that's another story. It's a different world we live in though. Things are getting "interesting "

Women criticizing this lady for staying in a loveless marriage because of her children obviously don't know the struggle, and don't know what it means to do absolutely anything and everything for the sake of your own children even if that includes sacrificing yourself and your happiness. in this day in age happiness and quote unquote positive Vibes is just a luxury and at this point it's unnecessary what's necessary is clothing and food and medicine. And if my child is going to be well taken care of then I don't mind staying in a marriage that I don't like to be in and no I'm not going to cheat cuz My mama taught me better than that. I'll stay. I'll cook for him I'll clean for him. I'll be faithful. I won't love you but we will still get along dammit.
