Teeth weakening or even falling out is actually still a problem for women who get pregnant. It's part of why prenatals are so important as the baby will take whatever it's not getting straight out of mom's body, calcium being one of the most notable. In the past, it was said one tooth per kid was what you could expect to lose. So it'd be a cool 'adaptation' if her vagina teeth just absorbed for the fetus to make use of and then came back after birth (since they are shark teeth, I assume they can come back).

actually this is kind of a thing i believe in africa, though not sure where specifically. women will put a container of sorts inside them where it has teeth pointing out of it and the goal is that if someone were to exploit them it'd painfully latch on to their penis and require removal via surgery. which, obviously, would mean them going to the hospital, showing the device, and essentially being evidence toward legal prosecution of rape (ideally). which is all good, despite the fact that the rapist might get angry and cause further harm, but it is cool to see atleast something like this existing in real life.
