Lovely recipe collection for diabetics Ma'am. It's a real winner. You have taken so much pains and effort to put together so many healthy curries without potato much oil etc. I am saving this video so that I can easily refer. Very very grateful to you Maam. Thank you very much aunty for the wonderful curries for diabetic we will plan to make a dish for 7 days according to your suggestion and we had a confusions about what to eat what not to eat now We got clarification from your recipies and we are feeling good life and from today onwards We will follow your recipes please inform about diabetic dishes and inform the routine day for diabetic patients from morning to evening. Hi Geeta vry gd mrng. I always like to watch yr varieties of Recipes which r vry simple, not much masalas with little qty of oil. I also try at hme, yr way of preparing the dishes nd it comes out well nd tasty. I like almost all yr dishes nd keep watching daily. Tks Geeta. Hv a gd day.

Dr Swarnalatha R Rao Excellent recipes with very good tips for diabetic people and also for the entire family. All these recipes are vegetarian, I am myself a strict vegetarian. Very balanced with vegetables, greens, dals and mild masalas, vould be used with chapatis as well as rice. Red unpolished rice is welcome, for its nutritional properties. What about Banumathi rice as this also has nutritional value. Please tell us about some chatnis and gojju, which are side dishes., Mam. your recommending cast iron kadai( banale in Kannada) is really very good for health. We used to use it in South Kanara in our childhood, Amma always used it. Thanks a lot and looking forwarding to many more recipes from you. Your suggestions are invauable. I enjoy cooking.

Authentic recipes made simple by your presentation as usual! In the keerai masiyal during tempering we also add some raw rice grains and once it puffs up and added to masiyal tastes great.
