Poriyal or Veg curry is a typical side dish served with rice in a South Indian menu.
These are healthy, easy and dont take much time. A variety of vegetables are used to get the goodness of nutrients.
The 7 Poriyals/Sabjis are
1 Beetroot Poriyal
2 Raw Banana Poriya
3 Cabbage and Carrot Poriyal
4 Chow chow/ chayote Poriyal
5 Beans Poriyal
6 Vendakai/Bindi/ladys finger Poriyal
7 Potato Poriyal

I made the beans poriyal yesterday. My husband who can’t stand beans loved the dish! It was so easy and tasty to make this dish. Thank you for all your wonderful recipes. I’ve been trying quite a few of them.

Ma'am, I used to watch your cooking channel and I like your recipes very much. But today I want to share a tip with you. That, after cutting raw banana, immediately wash it and immersed it into water with pinch of turmeric powder. It's colour will not become blackish. Thank you ma'am. Happy cooking.
