I started keeping track of my workouts on my calendar mon, tue, off wed, Thur, Fri, Sat off Sunday. I keep track of what work out I do. And I've noticed a big difference on my butt which I really needed and my lower torso. You're workouts are amazing feeling the stretch and burn in my muscles I call that a great trainer. I've searched and searched for a great coach and workouts and I'm so happy i found you Ivana. Thank you for making me feel amazing and energetic. 🙏🌹❤️

I used to have no booty whatsoever and doing weights i noticed the sides and my legs getting fit but that underbut part she's targeting has benefitted from movements like this and instead of weight tense your abs and lower back and thats body resistance training. Ive seen progress. And i like it.

I'm asking tht u PLEASE do some for the TOP, u know, to get tht "shelf" look! 😉 My underbutt is good (thks to ur workouts) but Id like to workout tht top part cuz it's still rather flat & I'm very insecure in pants/jeans cuz of it.
