Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new around the house happenings if you will - I decided today was the day I give myself a haircut! I've been meaning to do it so let's go! I'll show you all of the steps that I took! I also share a simple easy and delicious crock pot dinner recipe and a simple snack, a small grocery haul and I ran some errands! Hope you enjoy hanging out with me!

I did this a few weeks ago. I was always too scared to cut my own hair but hate going to the salon. My hair was past my bum and the ends were dead. So I found a tutorial and chopped off 10 inches. It felt great and my hair looks awesome. I think it looks great!

OK, the mat should be the length of both the doors combined, not the entire opening. Then you should leave room for two topiary plants on either side of the door. It's going to be beautiful!! Home Depot, or places like that will start selling those plants close to Easter. (In our area anyway). Love the hair, I did the same thing and got so many compliments. Your hair will hold curl the more you shorten it.

10:55 that length looks AMAZING on you 😍 😍 To me, that's still "long hair" but I know you like it longer. I just wanted to say that the length of that shortest layer in the front would look really great on you in my opinion (and the hair wouldn't be so weighed down too). Wow! So she's the only one who's the hope in this world? Although she's a beautiful woman, a mom and a wife, has a youtube channel, and she is funny but other women and men, do about the same things, raising a family or not and still can get a lot done around the home, cook and shop. You have to be the light in your own life, not rely on people to inspire you or others. She is helpful and shows what she's going to cook or do for her family, but so do other moms. Even women with no kids can be there for others and inspire people in a positive way. It's like you're putting her on a pedestal as if she's the only human on Earth. I do appreciate who she is, but I don't rely on anyone here on earth to lead the way to make me want to be like her or to do better. We can all do that on our own.

I've done the same cut to my hair that is shoulder length. You did great cutting the layers! I think k the easiest way to style layers is to use a paddle brush and a blow dryer, feathering g it backwards!! LOVE IT!!!

Here’s how to get the look you want: ask for a Wolf Cut with long layers. I used to call it a Shag, but now, it’s a Wolf Cut. We have similar hair. Also, ask them to thin out your hair with thinning shears. Our hair is heavy, so you gotta lose some weight to get the volume & movement. ALSO - You gotta blow dry your hair with a round brush to have it look EXACTLY like the photo. 👍🏻 and a tip: Try a soft balayage - the bleach will add some texture and your hair will style better. It’s what I’m currently doing and it’s much better.

So my mum is a hair stylist and I grew up basically in our family salon, I was a nail tech. Anyway, short story long, you did a very good job, it looks amazing. To make your life a little easier since you have such long hair you can add more hair ties. also when you split it in half and brought it forwards and said you just want to cut 3 inches off the bottom, you can do just that without repeating the layering, that's how they taught us to cut the ends off after layering in beauty school. GO Kim it looks beautiful.

I have been wearing Amazing Grace for 30 years My favorite part is the comments from children who say “you smell nice” Adults respond positive also I worked in grocery for 20 years and men would asked me to write down what my scent was. Bought my daughter’s prom dress at Dillards while visiting Myrtle Beads during our 🇨🇦 March School Break a gagillion year’s ago. She’s 30 now. Your hair looks amazing! So Sassy. Great job. If u are using small cob portions u can stand them up on the trivet in ur instant pot. Add in whatever milk u want to use. U will need enough milk to cover the bottom and then add in 2 tbsps of whatever butter u want to use. Set to pressure cook for 5 minutes. When done do a quick release but release slowly at first so u don't get milk splatter. U will have the most tender and delicious tasting corn on the cob. I came across this recipe a few years ago and now it's the only way I cook my corn on the cob.

I do a similar thing with the corn and butter… I just strain the water out of the pot the corn was in, put the butter in the pot with the corn and stir it around… no bags wasted! 🌽 🧈 😋

My late husband introduced me to his family’s method of taking a slice of bread, buttering it, and then putting the corn on it and wrapping the bread around the corn, thereby buttering it. I’ve been cutting my daughter’s hair and mine for years. I use the Crea Clip and it’s fantastic! I found it on Amazon years ago. I used to cut my sons hair but now he’s a “adult” (he’s 17, lol) and wants it done by a “professional”, he pays for it himself though. It looks great! Good job! 😁

You can always buy one of those welcome mats for summer at bed Bath and beyond. I got one with flip-flops, one with sun or sunshine. They are usually on sale and a lot of times they have a coupon with.

Mat, we have the ones that are made of black "rubber" look like iron scroll work. (Like your doors.) We have had them for 20 years, still look new! Love them! The sand/mud drops from shoes BEFORE going in! You can find them at Job Lots, Ocean State etc.. I paid around $50. But they are VERY long. I think they were runners.

Hi. Hope this is helpful. Get a price to have someone come in and clean the tiles. It looks like the tile texture has dirt trapped in it too, not just the grout. I had our new home done and it was night and day difference and surprisingly not that expensive. Alternatively get a grout and tile cleaning solution, brush it in with broom and let it dwell for the required time And mop it up with a spin mop. Work in smallish areas so you don’t get Overwhelmed.
