I have been married for 35 years. I have bought a lot of dishwashers. I always bought basic dishwashers. This last time I bought a Bosch. I did wind up getting the top of the line because it had some features I wanted. The sales people all went on and on about the decibel level and how it had a red light that shined on the floor to tell you it was running because it was so quiet. I thought ok, sure, lol. I have to say it is so darned quiet. I barely hear it twice a cycle, when it pumps the water out and you can hear it through the sink. It washes great and the 3rd rack is a lifesaver.

Love watching your energy and trying to remember 40 years ago when I had that much energy. Next time you want a new rug for your kitchen think about Ruggable. For one they come with a non skid base and the rug itself can go in the washer. I have three 4x6 ones on three sides of my island. They vacuum great and one at a time they wash great too. They do have runners. 🤗

Hey Kim, A great way to peel eggs is with a Teaspoon, lightly crack the egg on your worktop, Gently push the Teaspoon into the shell and you should get the shell of in two pieces.

We did rum balls with alcohol and rolled them in powdered sugar. They had to “ripen” and get sprayed or sprinkled with more rum. If you use whiskey, they are called tipsies. Rum balls are my absolute favorites!!!

Using a moistened makeup sponge for concealer makes for a super quick application. I used to use my fingers (which work fine of course!🙂) but a sponge made my routine even faster! I just beep beep boop (the sounds of the sponge tapping in my mind😂) and it’s done! I know you’re an even busier mom than I am so I hope this helps🤍

I always use my pastry blender too for smashing the hard boiled eggs for egg salad, makes it so easy. You can also use it when cooking ground meats if you don't have the tool that is specifically made for meat.

I just got a new dishwasher in the fall and I got a Bosch. Totally superior. Best dishwasher I've ever had. It says in all instructions to never rinse or wash before u put the dishes in if u do, it actually doesn't clean well. Congrats on your new appliances

Norwex has an amazing vegetable/potato scrubbing cloth that I Love for scrubbing carrots so I don’t have to peel them. It just scrubs the dirt and long hairs off. The cloth is amazing!!

I have a Bosch dishwasher and it is fantastic! It is SO quiet. So quiet to the point I find myself checking to see if it is actually running! And it does a great job cleaning the dishes. Great choice!

We moved to our house 2 yrs ago and they had a Bosch. Found out it was a good brand. So it's our glass top stove. Works and cleans up great. Yes girl 5 min makeup here as well...eye cover up foundation and mascara....of course that's after face and eye cream....I. sure simple natural look but it looks good. 😀

My mom made "true" rum balls, if you know what I mean. She always froze them in a coffee can with the layers separated with wax paper. I bet that if you formed the balls and froze them, you could roll them in sprinkles when you thawed them out. Good luck.💕

I have over 100 bottles of nail polish, i have uses my polish more then once and always adding more. I use to get my nails done because my nails would break but I deiced to stop and doing it at home. Using cuticle oil (or coconut oil) cuticle pusher cuticle remover cream glass nail file base coat (before painting my nails helps with chipping and staining) wearing gloves when washing my hands has help me nails out alot.

Use a square griddle pan that holds 4 and use an 8 cup measuring cup that you can pour the batter without using an ice cream scoop. SO much better.

We bought a Bosch dishwasher during the pandemic. I absolutely love it. When we first got it I was still working from home and would run it during the day. I thought I was losing my mind because it makes a beeping sound when it is finished and I didn't realize it, so I would walk around my house looking for what was beeping. I swore my kids had some kind of an alarm in their room going off. My sanity was restored when I figured out it was the dishwasher. Have a great day!

Kim Bosch is a very high quality german brand very popular here in Europe . My fridge , stove , oven and washer are all Bosch, I got them when I got married 26 years ago and they work great!

My cousin repairs appliances. When I bought my refrigerator he said to stay away from Frigidaire because that was the brand he most repaired in the first year of ownership. The company sends him out to cover repairs under their warranty. The best thing you can do is keep up with maintenance on your machines, cleaning dishwasher drains, dryer vents, refrigerator coils etc to keep the appliance running in peak performance and energy efficiency and to cut down on repair costs.
