I hope not! I wouldn't want glamping to become too popular where it can be considered a fad. Fads always die out. I'd rather a slow burn.

Glamping is increasingly becoming a complementary experience as part of the larger ‘resort-like’ projects. This is one of the ways that traditional investors want to incorporate this segment of tourism into their overall portfolio. It is the best way to place an investment of this kind, given that majority of stand-alone glamping projects tend to be overpriced with no quality and experience in sight. If you do want to make it work independently, project has to have an all-round experience in its core strategy of attracting customers.

The new concept of "Landscape Hotels" have been the latest trend in the glamping space that takes advantage of the beautiful American landscape while providing small intimate lodging...... Basically a campsite/hotel hybrid....... Offer some killer common space Amenities and you have a boutique camping resort......

Really good point and one I live by: It doesn't have to be expensive to be a unique cool place. Creativity is hard to buy!

Exactly! The creativity is the X factor. It is the equalizer that will always allow people to punch above their weight class and not have to shell out a ton of money.

New sub here! My friend just bought a property he wants to make an AirB&B, eventually with yurts, or safari tents. Anyway, we have both been living as Nomads off grid for yrs, so we are a step ahead in the game. In my 8yrs of living this lifestyle, my most top priority was finding a great, easy way to make coffee. I need coffee like I need air lol 😂 After every other way I have tried, the French press is hands down what I have found to be the easiest & best! No power needed. Just heat water in a tea kettle, on a Colman 2 burner camp stove, add it to the coffee, wait at least 4 minutes for it to brew, push plunger down & enjoy the best cup of coffee you will ever have! 😊 Just a tip!

JS, I really appreciate the content you've been putting out about glamping and hope it's ok to say it's nice to hear someone other than a white male talking about real estate. I'm a digital marketing director too, so I identify with your analytics. :-)

Hey brother, Most operators are loosing half the year. Winter and winter is our season. We are about to start offering winter camping on our property which is also where our sled dog kennel is. For us this is hopefully a way to take pressure off our sled dog tour business. You ever want to talk about winter, give us a shout. Happy trails.

thanks for supporting my channel! Closed captions on this video should be auto generated within the coming days by youtube. To help make this happen faster i can upload my videos days before they are released so the closed captions will be generated by the time i release them. I hope this helps! Thanks again for the support.

Hello, you talked towards the end of this video that you may be introducing some things to sell to the community… You talked about how there are going to be new people jumping in this space to take advantage of people. How, do we the community know you actually have what you say you have?? Can you show us your house(s) car(s) things that you own… aka “receipts” thanks!

Hi! I've been watching yiur video's for sometime now...im always motivated, but i have to confess I'm super scared as i get closer to finishing my desert cabin. Im a one man show and have very little suport. Every weekend and evenings after work im working outhere busting my ass. I just wanted to share how scary this journey is for the average person w a family...i have lots of questions and most if not all the time I'm doing things blindly. Im just very scared... on a happy note i am hosting my very first, simple, gavering with friends at the end of this month. I still have a long way to go, but for this summer i do want to host some camping nights for couples and families, wish me luck 🤞 i will need it. Thank-you for all the content you provide...

Leave the stable housing to long-term renters. Short term rentals should be for really cool properties such as funky cabins, treehouses, tiny homes on wheels, safari tents, etc.
@KeepItTiny
@KeepItTiny Жыл бұрын
I agree, more traditional units like apartments and homes should be more long term rental focused while all of the unique, fun, and quirky structures belong on airbnb

It all comes down to which town you have land in. I personally don't share too much info on my business or location since i'm all over the internet blabbing about stuff lol. Its a safety decision.

I have NEVER removed any comments that disagree with me! ( I only remove spam or racist comments. This video did get some crypto nft spam that i deleted. A fake comment that got a bunch of fake comments about some fake crypto guru. Maybe that is what you're referring to? ). I also personally respond to almost all of my comments. This video is just a day or two old. You haven't commented on this video yet. I know because like i said, i track all my comments. Just saying that incase you think or are saying i deleted one of your comments. Please don't stop commenting though, I have seen your comments in the past and I think they are very opinionated and educated. Some times you agree with what i say, sometimes you don't. The tell-tale sign of someone who thinks for themselves! I love it.
