The corruption and crash glitch when attempting to place a double_grass block with a value of 7 was fixed. It was surprisingly the same block that these KZbinrs used to kick players off of this big server.

You can also get even more blocks with better commands. Secret items like OP potions are easy. Command for a Speed 100 potion. Name is needed. /give player potion 1 [any] [display:{Name:"Potion"},CustomPotionEffects:{[Id:1,Amplifier:100,Duration:30]}]

How about anvil 3? I discovered it while playing with heads and was too lazy to change the 1 3 part of the command, so I just wrote /give @p anvil 1 3 and got an anvil with a missing texture and is absolutely MASSIVE in my hand. When I placed it, my game did crash, but the only thing missing was the block itself. AND it works in 1.8!
