GLOCK 42 VS GLOCK 26

I had a 26 but I sold it to a friend and then got the 42. The 26 is too thick for me to conceal without printing as I’m a rather skinny guy, but the 42 just disappears in my pocket.

Great vid...I owned a G26...didn't know they made glocks smaller than the 26 until watching this vid...was looking for something for my daughter I was going with the ruger lcp but now I'm leaning towards the 42...thanks. Ps: Wish you well with school ..stay focused! 🙏

Check out the Glock 43 as well. It’s almost the exact same size as the 42 but in 9mm. Can’t go wrong with either of those for edc. Especially for someone with smaller hands. And thank you for the kinds words. I really do appreciate it. 🙏🏾

Me & my wife never had any malfunction that wasn't shooter induced with the 42. I got my wife to stop limp wristing and riding the slide lock with her thumb in about 2 minutes.

I own the 42,26 and the 19.. I love the 42 but I couldn’t trust it due to failures to feed

I have put thousands of rounds through mine without any failures. If I was you I’d send it back to Glock and have them look at it. Definitely shouldn’t be having any failure to feeds with a Glock. Or it could be the ammo you were using at the time.

They made some improvements on the g42 if the magazine has 02 printed on the back towards the bottom it's the old version the new version of the Glock 42 has a 03 printed on the magazine

I would suggest you buying a 19. It’s the best all around pistol. That or a 43x/48. Smaller than that and the pistol will be too snappy

I have the g42 and I take it everywhere with me. Nobody ever knows that I have it on me. The 42 has a smooth recoil compared to my other handguns. Even though it's small it still can pack a punch
