Girl trust me it can be frustrating!! Also try using shampoos with "minty feels" more like infused tea tree oil. That also helps

I have never used a prepoo, or flaxseed gel. I have such a loose curl texture of hair that water does a great job of detangling my hair. I will do a scalp treatment if I have some buildup on my scalp.

It works great, I’m sure you’ll love it! What Herbal teas do you use and what oils? I sometimes get confused with the oils. I think I may just keep going with flaxseed and Apple Cider Vinegar mix

i prepoo with conditioner. and wash with water no shampoo.when twisting i use flaxseedgel

Do you still deep condition after shampoo after this?

Yes I do, this serves as a prepoo, to prep the hair for wash day, after the shampoo I need to replenish the moisture so I go ahead and deep condition.
