Thank you for asking! Baby is two weeks old and I am recovering SO much better this pregnancy than even the ones in my 20s and I KNOW it’s because I worked out with you all the way to 40 weeks. I know it helped me physically and mentally during unmedicated L&D, too. I always suffer from PSD during pregnancy and for several months postpartum, but this time my pain is already gone! It’s all thanks to your program. Thank you for providing that amazing, free prenatal program and challenging me to train hard! Now I need you to tell me not to start the 12 week plan before my 6 week check up! 😂 I’m ready to go cause I feel so good!

OK, I need you to watch the WATCH FIRST video (it's right at the beginning of the 12 Week PPP, after the clickable calendars). This will give you the exact details and encouragment you need to why to wait AND what you can do right now! I'm so happy for you.

This plan has been great so far! Almost 17 weeks! Pre-pregnancy, I did so much cardio and minimum 1 hour workouts..this plan has really helped me shift my mindset away from "training" and into exercising and preparing for labor. All thanks to you! I really appreciate not just the workouts but the reminders of what were doing and why! Now 30 minutes is the perfect length for me (I'm so out of breath these days hah!) and I feel like I'm targeting each part of my body!

I'm 27 weeks with #3 and this made me SWEAT!! Using a 30 lb weight for a kettlebell really upped my game! Thank you Ashley for all these awesome workouts that keep me motivated!

Can I just say that I have been struggling to find a PRENATAL workout that kicks my butt and Globody's by far is the best! 😊 love it! Going on 32 weeks and STRONG!!!

Hi Ashley! I've been working out with you using your prenatal videos and I just wanted to let you know I am SO GRATEFUL for your videos! Before I got pregnant I was using fitnessblender.com and was doing lots of HIIT and strength workouts that were nice and intense, and then morning sickness hit and I wasn't really able to work out at all until I hit week 14 or so, and then getting back into working out was tricky! I kept trying prenatal workouts that were WAY too easy AND super boring, and when I tried to do my old workout videos I'd either feel scared that I wasn't modifying correctly or I'd actually end up pulling my groin or joints and scare myself that way. Your videos have been the perfect solution for me :) I'm trying to mix and match to do 30 minutes of your videos 4 nights a week, and then I do prenatal yoga once a week, and I'm feeling like I'm finally getting stronger, and feeling so much better now. Your workouts are such a great balance of what I need right now, and I love your energy. Thank you SO much for making these available! I will definitely be using your postnatal workout plan sometime next year (our baby girl is due 1/22/18).

Thank you so m8ch for the workout! I am 22 weeks pregnant! About to jog for a half hour now! I love the pace and speed of your workouts! All other workouts have been either too slow or not I'm not sure if they are safe to do!! I love your program!! It's so helpful for me!

17 weeks, I love this set of exercises! Yesterday was my last prenatal run -- it just doesn't feel good anymore -- I'm looking forward to getting back to running after baby, but also have a lot of peace about telling myself I'm done for now.

I hope you'll go snag my free prenatal program to stay on track during your pregnancy to prep the body for labor then postpartum you can ease into running alongside my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan like I do so that your pelvic floor & abdominal wall is ready for it. I have been doing these workouts pretty early on in my pregnancy, currently at 29 weeks and 5 days!!! The calf tabata got me today!! Oh my! I try to do them first thing in the morning while my little one is sleeping... or we just figure things out if he's awake ;).

You'll find in each of my plans (12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan, 10 Minute Plan, Lean Fast Strong Capable Plan) we target your calves in specific, unique ways to elicit awesome tone in a way that most other programs neglect altogether. The average woman could have much stronger calves if she committed just once every other week to toning them appropriately. : ) Congrats on your pregnancy.

Oooh, haven't tried these yet. I was inspired because I've gained 32 lbs and I'm 25 weeks. my Ob says I need to be more active so, my weight gain stays to 1 lb per week. This is how I get more active :)

I’ve been following your prenatal plan for the last almost 6 weeks now!! I’ll definitely be buying the postnatal plan too! I was just curious if your supposed to add cardio to these workouts? I usually go on my exercise bike before or after them but wasn’t sure if just the videos were enough? Thank you!!!
