Thank you so much. 🥰🥰🥰🥰I have done this exercise during my 3rd trimester (not everyday but, I tried to find time to do so) and my mucus plug started to come out at 9PM when I was 39w2d pregnant. I got a strong contraction on the next day without water break which I am very grateful about. The contraction started at 3AM and it got faster at 7:00 AM and was fully dilated at 8:00AM. The Dr. broke my water at 9:45AM and I started pushing at 9:48AM. With a relief, my baby boy was born safely at 9:58 AM. 🥰🥰🥰

Good video. But how stupid is it to avoid Yoga on religious grounds?!! lol! Yoga is for healthy mind and body, it’s not religious at all. I guess people of some religious beliefs are going to stay unhealthy and dumb forever

Omg I love this! I can't believe you have done this amazing program and women still complain cause your beautiful children are in the video!! These work outs are real and in real settings THAT INCLUDE children for pretty much every mother or parent out there. Keep doing what you're doing, love this and forget those complainers

This was THE BEST stretch routine I have found yet! 3rd trimester has me super tight and I got so many kinks and pops out within the first 5 mins, even more than I get out when doing prenatal yoga. Thank you for being real with your kids while filming the workout routine, they seem respectful to what you have to get done. It’s so refreshing to see a yoga/exercise teacher who has a proper full belly … sick and tired of feeling like a blimp with these skinny pregnant women haha. That aside, how you do these moves with that belly is impressive! I’ve always been inflexible so can barely do anything even without the basketball on my stomach. Thanks for sharing. And no, totally not unprofessional to have your babies with us. This isn’t a business meeting.

I incorporated this video into my prep for labour! First couple times I did it I couldn’t make it through the whole thing, stretching so deep was tough but after being consistent I was able to finish the video multiple times and I think this combined with other videos on KZbin really helped my labour experience ! Thanks for making this video ! I could probably recite it cause I did it so many times lol

31 weeks pregnant with twins! And doing this around my 2 year old. This killed! I have been doing your prenatal workout schedule since I found out I was pregnant and have had lots of comments that I look more fit now then before I was pregnant! twin pregnancies are harrrd and without staying in shape with you I think this would be much harder! Cara, when your baby is 1 he/she will already be "squatting" when they see mama squat. At 2 they will be learning how to hang on a bar, and you'll just have SO MUCH FUN teaching them all of your climbing and obstacle skills from a very young age!

Perfect timing! I was pregnant this time last year but lost our baby on Christmas. I had gotten your prenatal program then but never used it. Praise God I’m due with our next baby this Christmas! Hip pain today made me search for some stretching videos for 3rd trimester and this was perfect! I’ve been much more carefully prepping for labor this time as I’m planning a home birth, but other than chasing toddlers I haven’t done any lengthy purposeful exercising this time around. I hope to keep stretching til delivery as I think it helped my stiffness today!

When you said you were 33 weeks I was like how!?! Your movement flows like water girl! I’m currently 33 weeks and 1 day today and I am realizing just how tight my body truly is after completing this routine. However! I loved it! Very gentle yet on point with every area in the body. I think I triggered some heartburn at the end with the on the back moves but I made it through 🎉 you rock Ashley! ❤

I love that baby girl is hanging with mommy while she prepares her body. This was very realistic as my baby boy is right here trying to do every stretch with me. I did feel a bit discouraged because I haven’t stretched much this pregnancy and at 36 weeks it was so painful and seemed impossible to do some of the stretches. It was a good pain though! Hoping to do this more than once a day if it’s safe. I’m 1 dilated so I’m trying to prepare

Well done babe on doing this with your little boy alongside you! Even *attempting* this at 36 wks speaks a lot to me about your level of character. If you get on the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan next (to zip up your abs, heal your pelvic floor, restore the integrity of your body as a mom) you'll enjoy the Post Pregnancy Mobility Routine in there too (it's a bonus at the bottom of each clickable calendar and gets saved to your personal KZbin Library so you can watch from your TV too). A lot of other postnatal stretching routines place the body in a position that compromises the abs and makes the ab gap (Diastasis Recti) unnecessarily worse -- this causes a "pooch." Proud of you for taking care of yourself now (do this no more than 3 days per week) and you'll be set up better for labor and pp recovery.

Ashley, thank you so much for providing this free prenatal program. This is my first pregnancy. I didn't work out my first trimester because I didn't want to overdue it. I was used to doing Jillian Michaels workouts. I knew I couldn't do those while pregnant due to the intensity. Luckily, I found your plan when I was 14 weeks. I am currently 21 weeks. I feel so strong and looked toned even as I am putting on weight. I haven't missed many days and this is the most consistent I have been with any workout plan. I feel like your videos are helping me prepare for the physical demands of labor. I can't wait to try your 12-week postpartum plan! Thanks again!

Loved this stretcher video. Im 33 weeks with number 5 and heavy weights started to affect me alot so I'm weaning more onto high movement, cycling again, and stretches so I'm glad I found you!

Did this in my 1st pregnancy 2 years ago! Now back here again for my 2nd!🤍🥰 I’ve been a dancer my whole life & now a dance teacher, so I am quite flexible already to where other stretches I’ve tried just doesn’t “get it” for me. This one does!! So I greatly appreciate it!!

I came across your plan earlier in my pregnancy (this is my second pregnancy and I'm 30 weeks along) and have been blessed by your workout, advice, and positive encouragement! Keep up the wonderful work. I love seeing your kids in the videos as they remind me it's not always easy to balance it all, but how cool to see your kids watching you do what you love and helping other women be healthy.

I do the dates, red rasberry leaf, nettle and lots of fresh, nutritious foods too. Hey GlowBody PT what an inspiration you're on many levels. I do have a question. Have you ever had any risk factors in your pregnancy? If so, how did you go about continuing to workout and maintain fitness. Or do you have any advise around this. Of course people always say talk to your Dr before doing anything.

Look up doula Bridget Teyler's KZbin videos for advice on preparing mentally for unmedicated birth. She's done lots of helpful videos on breathing techniques to keep you calm and relaxed (and baby well oxygenated!), ways birth partners can support you, etc.

FTM here! Great stretch & workout video. I had a rough 1st trimester which left me in bed/couch most the day so now 23 weeks in I'm feeling great trying to get my body ready for labor. I'm beyond out of shape and can't do a lot of the stretches correctly but working on it! PS: Love that you put God first! This is my miracle baby I've been waiting on so trying to do everything possible for smooth/easy delivery! Thanks!

I'm 38 weeks with my second baby and love this routine, as well as all your plans (I've done them all at least once now!). Quick question: do you have any guidance about stretching postpartum before the 6 weeks "all clear"? Last time I remember feeling antsy and really wanting to stretch out hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, inner thighs, etc. before the six-week postpartum mark, but wasn't sure if that was okay or not. Would love to hear your recommendation! Thanks so much for all your videos and work

I'm really thankful for your workout videos! This one made my groin hurt really intensely afterward through the next day, is it possible to be overstretching the groin due to relaxin hormone? The other stretching video I don't have pelvic pain with afterward. Again love the pilates and trying some other workouts. I'm 34 weeks. God bless you!

Jamie, THANK YOU for shaing this as inspiration to other moms that they, too, can make flexibility gains that they may have otherwise never thought possible. Promise me when you do the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan you'll do the Post Pregnancy Mobility at least every other week for maintenance-- it will help you SO MUCH keep this new flexibility you've earned in a way that is Diastasis Recti safe and healing postpartum.

I'm here for you Gabrielle- I'm so glad that at 26 weeks along this was EXACTLY what your hips were craving. Good job putting in the work to do it because it's not a walk in the park. Here's my entire Free Prenatal Program: www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts Once you're postpartum, you'll be so excited to do the Post Pregnancy Mobility Routine (it's included as a BONUS inside the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan). The problem is, most "postnatal" stretching/yoga/pilate videos online are actually NOT Diastasis Recti safe for the postpartum body and can exasperate ab gaps. The routine in my plan is 100% safe, as are all of the workouts, stretches, and every part of it is designed to heal the pelvic floor & abs with laser-point focus. Congrats to you again Gabrielle.

I'm working on getting pregnant with Baby 2. I loved your workouts during my 1st and the 12 week post plan. Finishing phase 2 and 3 again before I start 10 min plan. I will look forward to this during the next pregnancy. Ava's pants remind me of Michael Jackson!!!

Also, I love your kids (I've only seen Ava so far) and dogs! I think they're such a wonderful part of your videos! Life isn't meant to be polished and showing the authentic parts of our lives is helpful for a FTM like me!

I am so glad I found your videos a few days ago! I love that you're pregnant and have your kids and animals around during the workouts - it helped me realize I don't have to isolate myself in our exercise room to get a workout done. My only regret is not finding your channel earlier in my pregnancy, or even during my pregnancy three years ago. I am 35 weeks, so I started the 3rd trimester workout plan at 28 weeks since I should have enough time to go through each week before baby#3 is born. I'm also planning on talking my husband into letting me get your post partum plan. I jumped back into full exercise and running with my second baby too quickly and hurt my milk supply, so I've been researching plans to help with that, and I like what I've seen about yours. Thank you for all the work you've put into this, and for offering the prenatal plan free to help women have healthier pregnancies and let us see your style before having to decide on purchasing a plan.

Helen, it's Ashley. Congrats to you on 35 weeks along with your third baby on the way! You nailed it at starting my Free Prenatal Program at Week 28 and not doing something crazy like going back to week 8 or week 12 randomly; smart on you. This was great! I have just been doing butterflies to stretch but this is so much better. Also, all those people saying it's unprofessional that you have your children in your videos can go pound sand. You're literally a pregnant mom doing stretches for delivery.
