hi! im trying this today and for the week! i’ll be updating results day 1: done and it BURNS day 2: done!! i might just be crazy but my legs look so good today day 3: done day 4: doneee here’s me a month later still doing this workout almost everyday, i take a rest day or two every week tho. it definitely works! my things are wayy more muscular and slimmer and i will keep doing this workout till i’m completely satisfied:) hello here’s me 4 months later!! im still doing it a few days a week, and i can say it works well! i’ve gotten so many compliments about how i am skinnier, keep in mind i’ve also been in a calorie deficit as well as doing a short ab workout everyday!

The leg lifts she did at the end, there are many others you can do to help with inner thighs that are low impact. My sister has to do low impact and I do as well in the colder months. Scissor or cross over are intense and easy on the knees. But there are so many.

I did this workout for 7 weeks ( 5 days per week ) and have already seen results . My inner thighs are more tone and my legs look slimmer. As a PE teacher, I am aware of all the different inner thighs workouts , but this short 8 minute workout has given me better results than hours at the gym.

Am I the only one that seeks the list of exercises on the comments & be disappointed when they are not there: Remember many of these workouts can be done with or without weights/modifications 1. Sumo squats w/Pulses 2. Side lunges/toes touches w/ place hands down between counts 3. Sumo squats w/ adds Jump for advance 4. Side Lunges w/ Farther Side steps 5. Side Lunges w/Knee Lifts 6. My legs felt stronger literally next day, going up stairs..maybe this helped the tension i had. Wasnt too hard even after accident back and tail bone pain.actually i felt my core stronger, relived my spine. Will continue these 💖🎉

Muscles get tighter and more toned when you train hard, then let them recover, and repeat with variety and progression. How about how you make that "lie down" exercise sound like it's going to be a relaxing break, but then to find out it's the most dreaded haha. I follow your video every Wednesday for leg day after I do weights, best by far for inner thighs. Thank you!

Hi, I have lots of accumulated fat in my inner thighs all my life. Now I have lost weight but that fat won’t budge. I plan to take a before and after picture at the 21st day to see the results. Do you have any before and after to motivate me :) thanks

Suggestion: Do something for those with knee challenges buy still want inner thigh work...maybe even from a seated position. I am able to do the floor one and it works. Thx
