(29 weeks) This prenatal program you provide for us is INSANE! I can't believe you put it out there completely free since you put so much work into it. and it is SO good! I went to a pregnancy swimming class yesterday and I got so many compliments about how fit I still am and how fast I can still swim. But it's all bc of this program, it keeps me super fit and strong. I'm not pregnant so I really pushed myself by using 10 pounds the whole time as I've built strength (thanks to all your freaking amazing videos) and then kept my knees together on the pendulum swings. 3rd pregnancy, 3rd trimester lol - this pregnancy has been tough on me. I threw up for half the pregnancy, zero energy, two toddlers to chase around plus a full time at-home admin job. Your prenatal plan has me exercising like I used to (pregnant or not), and it's been really good for me mentally. I think we can all relate to just...not feeling like ourselves. Thanks so much :)

I was doing the prenatal schedule but started new weeks on Tuesdays so today was my last day I guess. I’m going to try to keep doing videos and walking for the last 7 weeks but I will miss having the schedule. I bought the postpartum plan so I will see you there!

I've been loving this workout throughout my pregnancy and am now at 35 weeks! I'm wondering what a good frequency is to see results though. A few times per week? 4-5 times per week? I feel a difference each time I do it, but still don't see big changes. Thanks!

I love your workouts and your faith! I feel uncomfortable with the amount of focus on “fat removal” and targeting areas deemed embarrassing. I wish I could play the videos on mute more easily so that my little girls don’t take in those messages. I want to raise my 8y/o to focus on her physical health and strength to the glory of God, and not already have ideas about bra bulge (messages I’ve tried to drown out so that I’m not living in shame). Thanks for your hard work.

YES! But you must start exactly where you are, at Week 14 because starting at Week 8 has some 1st trimester only specific workouts that are no longer appropriate for you and baby at 14 weeks along.
