Ingredient :
1 cup Sorghum Flour
1 cup Cassava/Tapioca/Arrowroot Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs ( All wet ingredient should be on room temperature
2 tsp coconut sugar or any sweetener
1/4 cup coconut oil or any oil
1 cup + 1tbsp milk
Add dry ingredient to wet ingredient gradually
Bake 350 F - 30-45 mins
Cover warm bread until cool

From US Have tried this twice. The first time I tried as it is. It turned out perfect. Though when eating, I found it a bit dry. So today I tried to supplement tapioca/arrowroot (1cup) with 1/2 cup oats, & half cup crushed nuts (walnut, resins, almonds & a bit flax seed powder). It is not only soft and looks awesome; it tastes wonderful. Thanks for the inspiration.
