I think almost nobody doesn't love chocolate desserts, right? This time, I made a rich-flavored brownie cake. Brownies available in the market are usually quite sweet. I don't enjoy an overly sweet taste, so I slightly adjusted the sources of sweetness to make them more subtle. Apart from sugar, I used slightly sweet chocolate and bananas, allowing their flavors to blend. The texture is almost the same as regular brownies. It's a gluten-free dessert that's very suitable for beginners.
Ingredients:
55% couverture chocolate 60g
Banana puree 90g
Rice flour 55g
Cocoa powder 15g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 30g
Sugar 30g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Heat-resistant chocolate chips for decoration, as needed
