GM Chimes Command

Just in case you want to ring your bell!!
The first line sent is a configuration message to the OBD2 adapter, setting the message header to be used.
The chimes instruction is then sent and gets a 'NO DATA' response. The 'NO DATA' response seen is the result of me electing not to send a bus wakeup command before the chimes message. Not seen is the second sending of the chimes message accomplished by just pressing the send key again.
The bell rings 3 times. This is because the message ended in '03'. The last byte is the chime count in hexadecimal.
