I like the masuda method, but I still like the method in GSC, not just because it's arguably faster, but it made sense biologically, breed 1 pokemon with a shiny higher odds of offspring being shiny, don't know why this was removed... though shiny hunting that AND masuda method you'd probably get a shiny every other egg, masuda cuts in 1/2 right? That method gives 1 in 64 odds, so it'd be 1 in 32.

The Link Cable/Trade Evolutions/Event Pokemon crap screwed us all. Far better would be if they included every Pokemon for each Generation on each Cartridge/Game but maybe after game for certain ones. Like keep the Game exclusive Vulpix/Growlithe stuff during main game but after game you can be given or find the other in a special location after beating the Elite Four. That sort of thing. That would also include the other Starters being given by the Professor or something. That is why Yellow Version is my favorite Pokemon Game because can get all 151 in that game exploiting the Mew Glitch but for the others I couldn't find regular.

My first shiny was a drifloon on alpha zafire. I found it in the gym while my dad was exercising, I was fliing on latias but I realised that I was running out of batería, so I was going to land somewhere. Then a wild drifloon apeared. I had too strong pokemon so I couldn't hit it and I simply threw it ultraballs, but the stupid baloon must have had beldum's capture rate, becouse I used at least 40 ultra balls. Exactly at the time when the stars of "congratulations, you captured a pokemon" apeared, the 3ds turned off Since then I hate living baloons who kidnap children.

If you decide to continue on the topic of breeding, I would like to see a video discussing about one "plot hole" for the games and and the anime. When it comes to obtaining pokemon through breeding between two different species, why doesn't the child hereditarily gain the physical attributes from the father? Like for example, the child of a male Tyrannitar and a female Marowak would obviously be a Cubone, but it looks more vicious-looking one like a mini-Zilla with an armored head and can swing bone club around.
