Hi Rachel, Finally my daughter has started painting rocks, having picked up loads while on holiday in Cornwall (UK) Thanks to your excellent tutorials she is really rather good at it. Kelly finds it very therapeutic & it takes her out of her crazy nursing life...she travels many many miles in a week. We have a question though; is it possible to resin rocks & then paint on them & then resin again over the top please? Thanks Rachel & keep doing what you do sooo well! Thank you!! Yes!! That is the short answer! Lol😁 I do it all the time. If I have bumpy rocks or pitted rocks that will be difficult to paint on, I resin them. Then paint them and re resin again after. I have never experienced any issues with this. Although, the painting after resin makes it slippery and you have to adjust the way you normally do things a little. But worth it! And the best part is, if you make a mistake while painting over resin, you can easily wipe off that paint and start again with a fresh surface😁
