He has maintained his physique never looked on a down side like getting over weight, bloated, flat as far as I've seen. he's been good at maintaining it all. He's not natural that's a fact there but he still put in lots of work that's also a fact. Still has a great passion for bodybuilding and learning things new.

Man this brings to me the importance of having a team of like minded people to encourage you to get things done. I always lift alone, and rarely talk to people, but I feel as though that needs to change.

Where I go it's the same faces at the usual times I go. We all say Hi and chat etc but don't interject with each others workouts. The result is zero spotting but longer workout times 'cos we all chat too much! It's hard to get a 'stranger' to spot and encourage.

Bro I can't workout with others idk man it takes me out of my element. I do got alotta freinds at the gym though cause I see the same doods literally almost every night. I always say wassup we talk, about lifts, girls at the gym, what muscle group were doing or maybe give a spot here and there, smoke afterwards but idk having a lifting partner just isn't the vibe for me a tried it before with some of my friends but I like to do my own volume, my own routine and sometime if your partner likes to do things differently it doesn't work fr fr.

I find it best to workout alone. If you know what you're doing and where you're going, I think it's best to workout alone. I can focus better and build a better mind to muscle connection while working out alone.
@hamzaislam79203 жыл бұрын
@@TheBlurReturns16 In my case it was the other way around. I had some elbow pain since a year and I was doing some stretches and extra warmup for that. My partner was a newbie and I used to instruct him in the gym and instead of doing what I am telling him to do, he would imitate all my movements and would keep staring at me the whole time while I am working out, instead of focusing on his workout. The reason being he liked my physique very much and wanted a physique like me so he thought copying all what I am doing would change his muscle insertions and genetics.

I'm sure hitting failure around the 14-16 mark of reps of a moderate heavy weight will benefit arm growth more than fewer reps. Smaller muscles (ligaments/joints) doesn't handle that stress very well, that's why very heavy pullup variations, push exercises will stimulate a larger part of the nervous system which benefit growth. Pinky positions, elbows and angles won't
