Hey thank you I’m glad you enjoyed it. Yes it’s all about strength as well as flexibility. I used to think it was just the latter but the more I focused on strengthening my legs, in particular holding my legs without using my hands in standing balances my standing split improved.

Hey thank you so much that’s so kind of you to say. Honestly there’s not much to tell, I love a lot which I think helps and I eat fairly helpful but still have a sweet tooth which I indulge in 😂
