1 & 1/2 cups fresh coconut
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/4 tsp ghee
1/4 cup water + 2-3 tbsps water
7- 10 nos cashew nuts
1/4 tsp salt

Hi Natasha! You're a good cook! I was wondering about one of the ingredients. Since I am not in Goa, there is no way for me to obtain Goan rice. What rice can I substitute in order to get the same consistency?
