Samarachi kodi is a traditional Goan Curry or kodi as we say in Konkani .It is very simple and the powder masala can be made and stored for months together.
This is how I remember my Nana making this kodi.the speciality of this curry just like sorak ,sorpotel and Goan fish curry is the longer you keep it ,the better it tastes..this curry thickens with time and tastes so so good with some Goan boiled rice ..

Hi Elina.. Generally I do put.. But now being lent many of my viewers are requesting Pure veg recipes.. Thus skipped the prawns dear.. But I always add some and some dry mango sola.. But didn't have them as it's difficult to get that in Mumbai.. When I go to Goa I am going to stock up on lots of things available only in Goa.. Thanks for watching 💕💕💕💕
