I do exactly this w my Icelandic sheep! (a rather ‘goaty’ breed of sheep). I’d like to try packing w them :)

I need to start doing this with my goats. They're older, but I'm guessing it will work with them as well. I hate when they rush the gate whenever I want to go into the pasture.

The Bums Rush. :D A loud Hawaiian throws them off immediately! But, I know that's temporary. I've come to think it's because they only see me at feeding time and expect Food every time they see me? Is that logical to you?

It is, but they would still bum rush you even if you came multiple times a day cause they’re excited for both food and interaction. They just need to learn how to do that with good manners.
