I keep coming back to this particular workout because it's such a great reset. I particularly appreciate your description of the shoulder "gliding" back (and forth), as this more subtle direction of shoulder movement can still easily store tension, restrict range of motion, and cause soreness in the upper back. Thank you!

Hey Chloe, I enjoyed this workout so much :) It was more challenging than I thought and I realzied how stiff my back is. I will definitely come back to this a few times per week! And by the way thank you for all the workouts you create. I found your channel five months ago and since then I try to do your workouts on six days per week and they make me feel so much more confident and strong! Thanks a lot!
