There's a four part BBC series called "The Century of the Self" in which Dr. Cameron activities in Canada are covered - though not in the same manner as in this video. It's amazing how school systems cherry pick history. I knew about the US/Canada mkultra, had no idea about the hooded men. I was still in highschool for 9/11, so it's not really history for me, its life events, however, I knew several young men who signed up to fight, and some that came back, came back severely unwell.

What did they censor? Did they blur some images? You should remember that by doing that more people can watch it and there's no risk of a child seeing the images. Perhaps the full version is available on BBC Scotland.
