Hello Sir, Can you help fix my flash Godox v8602s. The flash goes off twice when on auto mode ,it is not sync . The image is still dark. I reset the flash , restarted the camera but still .

Luis why is my V860 light RED and not Green, i can fire my strobes with it in hand, but once i add it to my Sony a7s3 camera it does not work at all, can you help me please, i bought the strobes on amazon and there is no tech support at all, any help helps please.

Yeah, dude like I get why Canon and Nikon change a premium for their Speedlites but they are definitely no 2 as good, Godox has up their game so mich in recent years with all their range, and I'm very happy with all the gear I have bought from them.

There's a pull out glass and white thing on top of the flash head. Push them in all the way in.

Can you control that piece of *p from Canon menu?

I'm not sure if I understand the question but, to control the camera you use the camera menu, and to control the flash u use the menu on the flash unit. hope that helps.
