One of the hardest challenges you'll have to face with losing weight and getting in shape is changing your self image and how you see yourself. Deep down a lot of people see themselves as the FAT GUY and can't visualize themselves as someone who is lean, healthy, and fit with a flat stomach and visible muscle definition.
If you're watching this there's a good chance that you have struggled with your weight, and you most likely have tried and failed with multiple diet plans, workout programs, supplements, etc. and now you have a hard time believing that achieving a lean healthy body is even possible for you.
While losing weight and getting in shape is possible for others, because you see people online, in the gym, etc. who are fit and in shape. But for some reason you still have a mental block deep inside where you don't believe that it's possible for YOU.
In this video myself and Jeff Samataro share how we were able to overcome those mental blocks and peer pressure from family and friends who subconsciously are trying to sabotage your success and keep you fat.
