I'm very grateful for finding your channel burrfection. I never thought I would learn how to sharpen knives properly. It's only been a few months since I've started watching your videos and it got me hooked into knife sharpening. Now I have more than 10 whetstones including the Atoma 140, Atoma 400, Chosera 800 and Chosera 3000. After watching your videos I also searched for other knife sharpening videos which are also very informative. But for some reason I always end up going back to your channel. You offer something unique which I can't find on the other channels. Pls keep up the good work and keep us inspired.

Like your literally getting in the car and going, Wow! You've had some frustrating moments in the past, I am so happy that you kept moving forward. I've never doubted that you would build your channel. I can honestly say Ryky Tran taught me how to sharpen a knife. I'll be a life long supporter.

Great seeing your progress! Side note: always great seeing more Asian faces in public eye. Didn’t see this log channel 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. I hope your branded knife is an gyuto profile. Wouldn’t it be more efficient (time and money) to fly out of a local to LAX than drive +300 miles? If I could afford to fly from Ohio to DC and take a car load of gear, I would. 2hr in the air vs 6hr on the ground 😭😭😭 in snow and slush over the Appalachian mountains.
