So his own power addition to the saiyans is not significant enough to be heavily considered while discussing multipliers , so i'll just do it in terms of Vegeta's multipliers . Baby Vegeta Ssj beats Ssj3 Goku , Ssj Vegeta = Ssj3 Goku+ 50x Base Vegeta = 400x Base Goku+ Base Vegeta = 8x Base Goku+ Baby Vegeta transforms two times after beating Goku and his Super baby 2 form is stated to resemble ssj3 in GT Perfect Files , Super baby 2 = Ssj3 Vegeta = 400x Base Vegeta / 8x Ssj Vegeta = 400x 8x Base Goku+ = 3,200x Base Goku+ Golden ozaru Goku beats up Super baby 2 to the point of running away to get his own version of the same form , the lowest multiplier combination of ssj form and ozaru making sense with this is ssj3 x ozaru , since ssj1 x ozaru would be 500x Base Goku and ssj2 x ozaru 1,000 x Base Goku where both < 3,200x Base Goku+ ( Super baby 2 ). So Golden ozaru Goku = 10x Ssj3 Goku = 4,000x Base Goku Same multiplier combination should apply to Baby's golden ozaru baby , GT Perfect Files also specifically mentions Baby's Golden ozaru outfit being similar to his Super baby 2 form , so it's an ozaru of that form. When they're both at full power , Ssj4 Goku edges Golden ozaru Baby by a clear cut only getting worried against his RDB , and even that he successfully just absorbs into himself after some struggle completely neutralising it and stays unscathed . So another 10x on golden ozaru Goku sounds fair , since Baby is already 8x Golden ozaru Goku+ . So FP Ssj4 multiplier = 10x Golden ozaru Goku = 10x 4,000x Base Goku = 40,000x Base Goku > 32,000x Base Goku+ (Golden ozaru Baby) So Ssj4 = 40,000x Base . This is a low end estimate based on officially known multipliers and concrete info about the character scaling in this arc whether it's shown or stated in GT Perfect Files . It should be higher if anything , since we usually take a good domination in a fight as at least a 2x of the opponent being dominated , GT itself doesn't treat 2x as much of a consequential difference as GT Perfect Files states Goku barely uses ssj2 because it's not much of an increase over ssj1 and so when he really needs it he goes straight to ssj3 instead. So that gives a good reasoning to consider fights like the first match of Ssj Baby Vegeta vs Ssj3 Goku a 2x stronger domination or more because of the low amount of difficulty baby had blocking and stopping Goku's attack and shrugging off a clean hit by the punch to the face like nothing and grinning at Goku right away. There are also things like what Vegito's exact multiplier is , since a magazine compared Ssj Vegito's multiplier with ssj4 saying he's " perhaps even stronger than a super saiyan 4 " . So that implies Ssj4 multiplier is close to Ssj Vegito with the " perhaps " . So it could be way stronger but this is just a low end disproving the popular " 5,000 x base cuz golden ozaru is ssj ape " thing , Golden ozaru is never said an ssj1 ozaru in multiplier , we only know it's one of the ssj forms because of golden hair , so it's an ssj version of ozaru which happens to have the multiplier of ssj3 x ozaru . And Ssj4 a further increase for beating Baby's version .

Ok so baby vegeta basically humiliated ssj3 Goku in under 2 minutes so we can say Baby vegeta is at least 2x ssj3. I’ll go with Super baby 1 and super baby 2 lowball multiplier which is ssj2 and ssj3 making super baby 2 16x ssj3. The reason I say lowball is because super baby 1 ritual is the same ritual as ssj4 fp and failed ritual Goku. Failed ritual Goku was considered by gohan to be the strongest fighter he ever sense and Goku didn’t even deny it so you can lowball it to ultimate gohan or highball to even super vegito. Super baby 1 also claims to obtained the greatest of saiyan power which could mean he would had the strongest saiyan multiplier at that time. 400x16=6,400 Golden ape Goku had to at least been 1.25x times stronger than baby making Golden ape 8,000 times base and 20x ssj3. A great ape from earth bluzt waves would be 160 base. Bulma gives baby 1,000x the amount of earth bluzt waves. Golden ape baby would be 160,000 times stronger than super baby 2 160,000 x 16 x 400 Ssj4 = golden ape baby Ssj4 lowballed would be 1,024,000,000x base

It took a long time from when black star db scattered to when they returned to earth , pretty sure that " reset " means that the timer resumed not that it was reset to a whole year again . King Kai said they need to be returned to the same spot in an year otherwise earth will blow up , don't think possessed Dende did that before returning them to baby . Or if he did , they probably don't reset the timer at all and only stop it , so using them again would resume the timer . I think the latter is true since Pan's statement implies the timer was at least stopped at one point even though it's Pan saying that not Dende .

The reason Goku talks like in riddles or whatever is because of the bad script for the english dub. GT is known for having the worst English dub due to how it is mostly inaccurate to the Japanese Sub and how it portrayed Goku like an overly righteous superhero when he is not. Not being a sub elitist, but I highly recommend you watch the Japanese Sub of Dragon Ball GT to get a full better understanding of GT or better yet put on captions when watching the english dub.

And that too is 100% disproved by the fact that both characters are stronger than Majuub , when in last arc Goku's ssj3 was done in by Ssj Baby , regular Uub was able to put up a better fight against a holding back Super baby 2 than Goku did in both rounds catching him off guard and actually pushing back with Baby himself saying he was interested in seeing Uub's power , let alone Majuub who was only beaten by Super baby 2 going all out who is an ssj3 equivalent as GT Perfect Files states . Both Goku and Vegeta are easily stronger than Majuub in Super 17 arc , which means they both got boosted from the previous arc .

Goku actually saved the 8 universes. Zeno was already planning on erasing them because of the fact that there were too many universes in the cosmos.
