Didn´t Krillin in the red ribbon ark doge bullets? And he was as strong as in the 21st budokai. Then Goku after drinking the divine water can blizt Roshi who was forced to have a secret training. To be fair bevn being half of the power of full power Roshi 21st budokai Goku slams anybody in JJK in terms of AP and durabilitie, full power Roshi is probably 2 times stronger thats how the technique worksas shown with Radish only the macancosapo and tri bean can go over two times your power level, there is no statement that says full power Roshi was stronger than kid Goku and a tenth of the power to destroy the moon is still able to kill 20 fingers sukuna.

sigh to much misinformation Go read the manga again, The moon is shown twice to be the size of King Kai Planet, in the OG Dragonball with villains being sent to the moon and the second time in the DBS Manga with Trainee Angel Merus flying over it. why do people think the moon gets destroyed yet appears again, Roshi destroys it then Piccolo does as well, where did the 2nd moon come from, the only explanation for this is Manmade. meaning destroying the Moon is only the same level as Roshi blowing up the MOuntain. City Level to be exact this of course takes all of his energy, this is also on the same level as King Piccolo but unlike Roshi he could use it more than once.

Toriyama confirmed that the DB moon is the same distance away from the Earth as the IRL moon, meaning you wouldn't see it with the naked eye if it was the size of King Kai's planet.
