Thanks Mick for displaying our parts. We are quite proud of those uprights, took a bit of time to get right. We are now in prototype stage for the Terra Scorcher. 4x new alloy parts will be coming out with new Stainless hinge pins. Also some parts will be shared across the Thundershot series. The journey continues.....

They look really nice Mick, glad I bought these . They're a work of art and worth every penny. I'm building a Scania semi the wife bought then I'm on strike until she gets rid of the crap in the spare room. The grand hauler arrived as well, before that I'll do the VQS . What a nice car with the gold parts . I drove the dark impact and that really handles well, I stuck to 10.5 turn, the diffs are weak I've heard . The wife promised she will post pictures of the semi . I've left it gloss black without the stripes and decals . The build is long but you will enjoy it. Thanks for the update on the VQS mate .

G'day Peter! Thanks mate I think they looks awesome. Totally agree mate, well worth the money. Haha, that spare room should be clear soon. I'm sure your wife is hangin to drive her new truck lol. Your VQS should be ready to rumble with those alloy parts! A mate had the Dark Impact, they do handle well. I think his diffs have been OK so far but he did manage to fry a slipper clutch once. The semi will be great to see, and in all black, nice! Hoping to build my truck this year some time lol. Cheers mate! 👍

Thanks mate! I have some Hi-Caps for it. All the other parts I have are silver alloy or black, so I think it should look ok with only a few gold parts here and there. I think too much gold could be, well, too much lol. 👍

Definitely adds a touch of color and class to it! I like they were able to match the anodizing on the other parts as I hate when you have multiple colors of parts on the same car. The car looks great as is but I am looking forward to see what you end up doing with it!

The worst is when you have multiples of the "almost" same color. Like often with tamiya blue parts, mixed with other manufacturers, everyones a slightly different blue. 😆 At least if you have blues and reds etc, half them dont look like they faded in the sun. :D

Hi Mick, nice short video and some neat upgrade parts for the shocks. There will add some stiffness to the towers and allow the shocks to have a firm base to work from. Also a slight contrast to the cosmetics of the VQS. Take care, keep well and all the very best 😉😊😉

On my VQS I got carbon fiber parts from a company in the UK. The parts came from: Fibrelyte. I think I spelled their name correctly? Thoughts on this?

I'm sure the carbon parts a great. I know we've spoken about the Fibre-Lyte parts before. These alloy parts require no Avante parts to make them fit and in this case the towers match the front uprights. 👍

Put tape over the top of them just in case you flip it 😢
