It seems to me yr swing style is rib cage(upper body centric). The hip,knee,foot movement are the result of upper body after p5 ??? Spinning the right foot is a no no if yr swing method is not adopted?

You are right, This is a spiral method of upper body including lower body, going to p5 it need to keep left knee and spin right heel out and right knee underneath.

@GolfTipsEdit would this put a lot of stress on the left knee to keep internal rotation in place while the rest of body move in different direction?

@@vchan52226 Left knee keeps moving to the target as well, but chest moves faster then left knee, that is why it seems to be that left knee has internal rotation chestwise.

Since I adopt yr technigue by keeping the hip passive during ds, I m more consistent. No longer push or push slice
