Sounds good, I will give it a shot. My problem on the golf course is that I am not myself, I recoil on to my back foot. I fail to transfer my weight to the front and swing through. Yet on the range I do fine. Hopefully, your suggestion will cure this very frustrating problem.

Thanks thanks thanks for this David - it was an instant success at the driving range and then the following day on the golf course! My problem was that at impact, my hand and wrists would instantly 'freeze'. My whole swing would pretty much finish there with the club head ending up low left and resulting in a poor fading shot. My focus was too much on the hitting the ball but with your drill it enabled me to shift focus to softening my hands and wrists, enabling me to release the club much better and finish my swing more naturally. I am really enjoying this drill - rating the tension on each shot I take and when I get a low tension number I am getting 10 to 20 yards more distance with the driver!

Hey Charlotte--awesome! Most golfers still refuse to see the impact the RIGHT information has on their game! Traditional "mental game stuff" doesn't cut it. Wanna get even better? check this out tinyurl.com/jl732qt

does the great shot on the course usually come from a low tension feeling?
